25th Anniversary Symposium

Commemorating 25 years of service at UCSF, we celebrate a journey dedicated to advancing Palliative Care through our core missions of clinical care, education, and research. Our symposium program featured a keynote address by Irene Higginson, Founding Professor of the Cicely Saunders Institute at King’s College London, and highlighted the division's contributions to shaping the future of palliative care.
